MED-ACT Employment Process

Med-Act accepts applications year-round and keeps applications on file for one year. If you would like to submit an application during a non-hiring point of the year, you will be notified when Med-Act begins a hiring process.

There are three ways to request and submit an application:

In Person: You can either visit or contact our office directly, to pick up or have a hiring packet mailed to you:

By E-mail: Attach your cover letter and resume indicating the position you are applying for in the subject line and send the cover letter to:

An application packet will be mailed to you:

By Mail: You can download the application in MS Word Format or PDF format, then mail it to the above address. (You must save the form to your computer and open it using Microsoft Word to keep it in the proper format.)

On Line: Fill out the application through the Johnson County Human Resource website.
