David Morando holds the position of Assistant Chief. Mr. Morando answers directly to the EMS Chief, and is one of two Assistant Chiefs. The emphasis of this position is on resource and systems operations. Mr. Morando is responsible for conducting, overseeing, and preparing administrative programs and budget recommendations that are fundamental to the infrastructure of the operations division; working with project groups, and coaching, counseling, and developing group leaders and group members; overseeing Support Services functions; plays a major role in handling public inquiries and comments, and is the primary investigator of these matters.
