Mark Terry holds the position of Deputy Chief of Operations. As Deputy Chief of Operations, he reports directly to the EMS Chief. The emphasis of this position is on day to day operations and personel management. Mr. Terry directs and oversees the performance of the Operations Battalion Chiefs who assure that superior care is rendered daily.
